2024 MPHN Primary Healthcare Awards

The 2024 MPHN Primary Healthcare Awards are an opportunity to recognise the valuable work in primary healthcare across the Murrumbidgee Region.

There are five award categories:

Murrumbidgee Grant of the Year
Outstanding Contribution to Leadership in Healthcare
Innovation
Promoting Healthy Living
Emerging Leader

All activities eligible for an award must meet the following pre-requisites:

the majority of the activity undertaken during July 2023 - June 2024; and
the activity targeted a community or communities within the Murrumbidgee region.

Applications must be received by midnight, Sunday 8 September 2024.

I confirm there will be a representative available to attend the awards dinner andpresentation on Friday 1 November 2024 at The Range Function Centre in Wagga Waggaat 6pm for 6:30pm start. All finalist applications will be entitled to five tickets for the event. *
