2025 MPHN Primary Healthcare Awards

The 2025 MPHN Primary Healthcare Awards are an opportunity to recognise the valuable work in primary healthcare across the Murrumbidgee Region.

There are four award categories:

Outstanding Contribution to Leadership in Healthcare
Innovation
Promoting Healthy Living
Emerging Leader

All activities eligible for an award must meet the following pre-requisites:

the majority of the activity undertaken during July 2024 - June 2025; and
the activity targeted a community or communities within the Murrumbidgee region.

Applications must be received by midnight, Sunday 7 September 2025.

I confirm there will be a representative available to attend the awards dinner and presentation on Friday 31 October 2025 at The Range Function Centre in Wagga Wagga at 6pm for 6:30pm start. All finalist applications will be entitled to five tickets for the event. *
