Disaster Response Register

As part of our Emergency Action plan, MPHN is establishing a list of primary health professionals, general practices, pharmacies and AOD services willing to respond in an emergency.

During an emergency, the NSW Department of Health has responsibilities outlined in the NSW State Emergency Management Plan. (EMPLAN). Primary Health Networks assist with the EMPLAN through preparedness, response, and recovery, so that local communities have access to primary health following an emergency or disaster.

If you or your practice/organisation is interested in being included on an Emergency Response register, please complete the Emergency Response Registration form below.
